Professional approach at all times but also friendly relaxed atmosphere generated by all the team.
Everyone has respect for everyone else, from patients to staff to work colleagues.

Although sadly my husband was only at home for 24 hours before he died I cannot praise the gentleness which I met at a very difficult time.
Please keep me on the list for fund raising activities.
